21 October 2025 : Huacachina

By the afternoon I'd recovered enough from my upset stomach to go on a sand buggy tour into the desert.

Leading to sand boarding on the desert dunes.

No shots of me in the act of sandboarding but a careful inspection may show how sand-bedraggled I got in the process (I should have worn a face covering).

Then it was back on the road to my next destination, the coastal desert town of Paracas. and my new hotel "Paracas Guest House".
